Full price merchandise CAN be exchanged or refunded in the form of original payment if returned in 7 days of original purchase date. JEWELRY, APOTHECARY, BEAUTY, HOLIDAY and SALE items are FINAL SALE.

Condition: Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, unwashed, and original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on garments.

  • If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 910-833-5393.
  • JEWELRY, APOTHECARY, BEAUTY, HOLIDAY and SALE items are FINAL SALE.

  • Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove the protective slip. Swim cannot be returned without original tags and liner.

  • Full-priced merchandise purchased online can be refunded in the original form of payment if returned within 7 days of receiving item(s).
  • You will be refunded in the original form of payment.
